• Q:What is your products ranges and markets?

  A:We are professional manufacturer of Survival Kits, First Aid Kits, Safety Products, Personal Protection Products, and Outdoor Products for more than 10 years.

• Q:What is the delivery time?

  A:Between two weeks to one month depending on the quantity ordered. Normally, 4 weeks after getting LC or 30% deposit and get all printing layout for OEM order. Also it depends on the order and production situation at the time you confirm the order. If you need a rush order, contact our representatives to discuss your specific needs.

• Q:How can I get samples promptly?

  A:Contact with our representative via Email, Fax, or Phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL,TNT etc) account No. and we'll send samples through your courier by freight collect. Your courier charges and samples charges can refund from 1st order. If you do not have a courier account contact with our sales to work out a solution.

• Q:How can I placing an order?

• Q:How about the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA)?

  A:For Survival Kits & First Aid Kits, the MOQ is 500 sets to 3,000 sets for different model. For other items, The MOA is USD3000.00 for less than 3 items per order.

• Q:Can I customize (OEM) the packing of the product?

  A:Yes. Survival Kits & First Aid Kits: You can customize your Logo print on the box or bag, or make a label which print your logo stick on box, inside contents is our logo, if you want inside contents with your logo, please discuss with us.

• Q:Can you please quoting me the FOB or CIF price?

  A:In general, our quotation is based on FOB price & CIF price. Normally our loading port is FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen, if you want quotation go from other port just contact with our sales.

• Q:What is the payment term?

  A:L/C at sight, or 30% deposit 70% T/T before shipment.
