INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF HELIOGRAPH MIRROR

1. Before use, remove the transparent protective film over the mirror to get better reflectivity.

2. Hold foresight in left hand in line with target about 10" in front of eye.

3. Place back of mirror in front of eye with right hand and align two holes on target.

4. Rock mirror until sunlight spot appear on foresight and the small black point centralizes on foresight hole, beam is then on target.

5. The beam need not be deliberately rocked as hand does this inadvertently.

6. No foresight, use your finger.
