USAGE:
Simply squeeze the pouch like the instant cold compress. Instant hot compress can last approximately 15-30 minutes and reached a high temperature of 130.F(56.C).

Charateristic:
Product provides heat on it's own after activation. Convenient and protable, for use whenever and wherever hot therapy is needed.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Locate inner pouch. squeeze firmly to rupture inner fluid pouch.
2. Shake briefly to mix contents.
3. Wrap in soft cloth and apply.

Soothes your sore muscle spasms, and joint stiffness.

EXTERNAL USE ONLY

CAUTION:
Do not reuse by heating, Always wrap a towel or cloth before applying. Do not use on sensory impaired patients. Prior to use, store at room temperature.

WARNING:
keep out of reach of children. Harmful if swallowed. If accidentally swallowed, contact poison control center or physician immediately. Do not puncture outer bag. If bag breaks and fluid contacts skin or eyes. Flush with water immediately and call physician.
